Why Trained and Qualified Early Childhood Educators?
- A child’s future depends on the perspective of the parents and the work of teachers. Parents should consider giving their young ones appropriate, high quality education that can only be provided by trained and qualified teachers.
- It has been recognized that to give children the best education, there is a need for teachers who are highly trained professionals, possessing the knowledge, skills and experience to bring the best out of every child.
- At Institut CECE, we believe that when a pre-school child learns with an educator with good practice, the development that results from that is worth a lifetime.
- When pre-school educators are trained and qualified, they will be able to provide quality learning experiences and education to young learners.
- The professionally trained educator understands how young children learn, and therefore will know how to affect learning and extend children’s thinking with a range of learning strategies.
- They will be able to lay the foundations for future potential developments, to ensure young children have the opportunities for balanced development, especially five areas: physical, language, moral, socio-emotional and cognitive.
